[Hosting] Test, please ignore

There is a recent posting on the SF project's bulletin board giving step by
step instructions on how to set it up. It does look like a big pain, but
maybe worth it?

I don't know if we need SF itself. Could we instead maybe use something
like Gnats/CVS/Mailman and just have one of the SC members or appointed
sub-admin to run a script to build the Gnats categories, the CVS area, and
the Mailman list? I say "Gnats" because I have run it before plus I hear
Bugzilla is a pain in the buttocks. I don't think Gnats is necessarily
great though.
