Yes,if you have "admin" status (which you do).

The steps are:

  1) login

  2) goto: http://forge.trilug.org/admin/

  3) For GForge, keep in mind that "groups" _are_ "projects" and then
     click on "Display Full Group List/Edit Groups":
       http://forge.trilug.org/admin/grouplist.php
     which can also be broken down alphabetically

For non-admin users, its not so easy.  Perhaps we should ask the GForge
team to add that as a feature for future releases?
