They're ugly & incomplete, but you can see v0.01 at:

and I'll be working on it this weekend.

Please feel free to send additions, corrections, and criticism.  The
SGML source and a copy of the ldp.dsl style sheet are included and the
build directions (on RH 9) are within a comment block at the top of the
document.
