Steering Committee Meeting - 6:30pm, May 10, 2004 - (parking lot of) Dreyfus Auditorium

There will be a meeting of the Steering Committee at 6:30 on May 10, 2004.
In order to comply with recent directives from RTI regarding meeting times,
this meeting will be held in the parking lot of, not inside, Dreyfus
Auditorium.  DO NOT into Dreyfus Auditorium.  The current agenda for this
meeting includes:
 
1) Definition of duties of each steering committee position
2) NC*SA legal status - Should we become 501(c)3?
3) Meeting speakers schedule update - Marcus Ranum, Richard Stallman, etc.  
4) Procedure regarding publishing of speaker info in announcements.  
 
These items were broadly discussed at a recent NC*SA Steering Committee
sit-down.  Additional items are welcomed.  
 
Note: This meeting is being held in addition to the scheduled general NC*SA
meeting, about which a separate announcement will be sent.
