Abstract:

The Mid Tier Storage market has been undergoing a tremendous innovation cycle, and, if you haven't looked recently, the capabilities might just surprise you! The purpose of this talk is to introduce new storage innovations and how customers are taking advantage of these to reduce cost and improve operations. The focus will be Mid Tier innovations on the EMC CLARiiON Storage Platform, Dedupe & Virtualization Support.

Biography:

Mike Wooten is a Senior Technical Consultant at EMC Corporation with over 25 years of IT experience. In his current role he works with customers developing Information Management Strategies including Business Continuity and Information Lifecycle planning.
