Be aware that if you use sub-keys, you must be sure that you only upload
your keys to key servers that support them.  Other key servers will mess
up your keys and cause confusion down the line.

I use "subkeys.pgp.net"  which is a DNS round-robin address for
key-servers that have been verified to support subkeys properly.

Note:  personally I don't have a big need to include my work e-mail
address on my keys, so I don't.  If I needed to use GPG for work
business, I would probably want to use a subkey or completely separate
keypair, to keep things separate in case I need to revoke or otherwise
change the work key.
