You may also want to consider PowerWare, in Raleigh.
They are a manufacturer of small to large UPS/Power systems and offer
integration and project management services for power system installations.

You might try Thompson Power & Phone. They're out of Hillsborough.
They mostly specialize in power systems and large'ish UPS's for Telco
CO's and corporate PBX's, but AFAIK they do data centers as well.
