Well IBM has one for Sun admins here:

You will find several books on AIX 5. If you are moving to AIX 4.3
there are only 2 books, so I would suggest upgrading the 3.4 box real
soon. AIX 5L includes some RPMs and you can find extra software
packaged in RPMS.
Also a good source of packages for AIX can be found here:
http://www.bullfreeware.com/
