daylight saving time algorithm changing

Hi all,

Don't know about anyone else on this list, but this will affect just about
every piece of equipment for us!  Especially older Linux or UNIX based
equipment which will need new glibc and other stuff.

Anyone having info or guidelines please do keep us posted.  Time flies and
2007 will be upon us before you know it.
