Very fair, but more than I want to spend on something I don't really 
need. Thanks tho, I'm sure someone else will want it. Btw, I could have 
sworn I worked with some Lantronix gear that didn't require factory 
intervention for password recovery. It was a different model, but in 
the same family I think. Something about holding the reset button.
