Surplus IT h/w

Hi Folks,

I'm wondering what others are doing with their old out of date IT h/w.
More specifically, I'm wondering what people are doing with their non
x86 h/w, like Alpha/Sun/IBM/HP/SGI workstations and server.  I also have
a room full of monitors.

I'm not looking to sell any of this stuff.  I'd just like to get rid of
it.  I'd prefer not to pay someone to take it off my hands.  Not unless
they are going to scrub the disks.

Anyway, curious to hear what others have done to solve this dilemma.
