The problem with these surveys, even if they are complete 
and accurate, is that all the people who exited these 
careers do not appear in the surveys. Chem and Engineering 
News does the same thing with their annual survery allowing 
them to declare that 10yrs out of school a chemical engineer 
is getting a salary of $x. I suspect that most people who 
studied chemical engineering aren't sampled at all.
