[NCSA-discuss] changing winxp back from dialup to wifi

I normally use this winxp machine at home over wifi. I went
on vacation over the holidays and setup dialup and now that
I'm back home I want the machine to use wifi again. Plugging
in the wifi card gets an IP just as before and Mozilla has
no problem using the wifi link, but when I try to use IE (eg
to get windows update) it wants to use the dialup
connection. When I run through the various network setups,
they don't find the wifi connection, but only the various
dialup connection and a disconnected ethernet connection
(from when I use an ethernet pcmcia card). Looking with
google on changing from dialup to wifi on winxp just finds
articles on configuring wifi routers.

Any ideas on getting IE to use the wifi connection?

Thanks Joe
