Hi All,
  I am requesting recommendations regarding robust alphanumeric paging
software.
Ideally, the software could be Unix (Solaris) based and have scheduling,
group,
acknowledgement, escalation, TAP, agent capable, ease-of-use, etc.
capabilities.
  Our current solution is a hardware/software based (Telalert). The
hardware is no
longer supported by vendor.
  Integration would be the primarily with OpenView NNM, but, other
software is likely
to be included.
