We are looking for a high end Microsoft technician.  Here are the
general requirements.  

 

Familiarity with Microsoft products:

            Windows Server 2000/2003 (possibly 2008)

            Windows XP (possibly Vista)

            Exchange 2000/2003 (possibly 2007)

            SQL 2000/2005 (setup & management, not necessarily
programming)

            Office 2000/XP/2003/2007

            Active directory setup & administration

Bonus points for Microsoft certifications (MCP, MCSE)

 

Prefer experience with Sonicwall & 3Com NBX products.  (Bonus points for
certifications.)

 

Possibly bonus points for Apple & Linux experience (but not a
requirement)

 

Would prefer experience in our business model (SMB customer support),
not IT manager.

 

Looking for a secure long term position, as we have dedicated reps to
our customers.  Contract workers and 

job hoppers would not be a right fit for the position or the culture.
It takes a while to get to completely

understand our customers and their systems and it causes a lot of
disruption and issues when people leave.

We need experienced people with stability and a good work ethic.  We
also need people who actually have

done the work not just managed the project.   This is not a desk
position; it is getting your hands dirty and

 interacting with customers face to face.   Looking forward to hearing
