Hey Chris,

I know it's been a while since you sent out your email but I was
wondering if you guys still had any opening at Cisco.  I had sent this
along to Sally Silvia back when you first sent it out and I know has
done well and expecting to get on board with you.  If you do have any
openings left let me know as I'd like to pursue the opportunity.
