There are a couple of solutions that I know of... 1) Boot using a MS DOS 6.22 or later (ie Win95/98) floppy with fdisk.com (or fdisk.exe) on it. type fdisk /mbr at the command prompt and reboot. 2) Boot, using a Windows 2000 or XP CD, into the recovery console (see http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;307654 for more info on what the recovery console can do) type fixmbr at the command prompt and reboot Note: see http://www.novell.com/documentation/suse91/suselinux-adminguide/html/ch07s05.html for even more info on MBR restoration. The link is a Novell/Suse link, but it will work fine regardless of which flavor of linux you have installed. It also doesn't matter if you are booting with lilo or grub, this fix should set you up.
