pilot.trilug.org, the host that provides www.trilug.org,
login.trilug.org, and other TriLUG services such as mailing lists will
be down for four (4) hours starting at the following date and time:
  Start:	Sat Nov 12 08:30:00 EST 2011
  End:	Sat Nov 12 12:30:00 EST 2011

If for some reason you are not in the RDU area and would like to see
this time in your local zone, you may use:
On Linux:
  date -d "Sat Nov 12 08:30:00 EST 2011"
  date -d "Sat Nov 12 12:30:00 EST 2011"

On Mac OS X:
  date -j -f "%s" "1321104600" "%a %b %d %T %Z %Y"  date -j -f "%s"
"1321119000" "%a %b %d %T %Z %Y"

to display the dates. The downtime is expected to last no more than 90
minutes, but a four (4) hour maintenance window has been reserved. The
following TriLUG/NCSA services are affected:
* mail* mailman mailing lists* websites (apache vhosts)* login shells
and screen sessions
This maintenance window includes both hardware maintenance and an OS
upgrade. Please contact me off-list if this maintenance poses a severe
burden.
