[Trilug-ontopic] CronTab exclusions

yeah,  I was hoping cron had something to explicitly say always run except
for this day... what you have listed is very similar to what we have come up
with and implemented.  I was just looking for something a little easier on
the eyes.  Thanks for the help though.
