You need to get the old unencrypted $HOME/.ssh/id_dsa file back.
Or create a new one. If you don't want to cover up the encrypted
key, then create a new RSA key instead (ssh-keygen -t rsa). Then
you'll have two private keys in your $HOME/.ssh directory.
