Check prices with AT&T, then call up Time-Warner and tell 'em you're
thinking of switching from Roadrunner to U-Verse, and ask for the
"Retention" dept.  They're the folks who have the authority to lower your
rate for the next year.

Then mark your calendar to repeat the process in 11.5 months.
