[TriLUG] new list

OK I've added Kevin & Ed to the new list.  Also just added Jon C as he piped
in on the installfest thread.  The other SC folks haven't chimed in yet so I
didn't have their email addresses handy.

I guess for now please channel your change requests through me.  Once the
list goes "live" I'll turn the keys over to the SC along with some sort of
notes on "daily maintenance".  Of course I'm not going anywhere so will be
available for the SC to call on if anything goes awry.
