Well not really... we are obviously all Internet users, and this worm seems
to have things down to a CRAWL again.  Ugh.  The president should issue an
executive order barring IIS servers from the Internet, as their very
presence threatens the stability of the Internet as a whole, and a threat to
the stability of the Internet is a threat to our economy, which begets a
threat to our national security.

IIS is a threat to our national security.
