[TriLUG] earthlink cable access -- part deux

  just talked to a moderately clueful sales rep at earthlink ...
so far, the service is available only in selected parts of raleigh
and durham.  also, no static IP, at least for now.  according
to this rep, earthlink is still debating what to do about static
IP, but thus far, they have a single type of account -- residential --
special price of $41.95/month, and dynamic IP.

  beyond that, he wasn't a lot more informative.
