Well, I tried to send this through the announce list, but I am having
some difficulty with that, so, in order to speed the information along
here is this month's meeting announcement :)

--------------------------

Well, it is that time again. This Thursday, the Triangle Linux Users
Group will meet at 7 PM at the usual location (Dreyfus Auditorium in
RTP) -- directions at http://www.trilug.org/directions.html).

First off, we will be having a demo about Flowe. Flowe is a very nice
looking front end (GUI), with functionality designed to bridge the great
devide between Linux and other popular operating systems.

The topic of this month's meeting is UNIX on Mac. Bill Vinson will be
explaining how Linux/BSD is installed on both 68k and PowerPC
Macintoshes. He will also be giving a demonstration and introduction to
Mac OS X, which is based on the open source Darwin BSDish OS.

So, come and join us for an introduction to the world of UNIX on Mac.
As always, you will be able to join, get swag, and snack on some pizza.

The RPM Talk has been delayed till next month due to the speaker's work
load, so make sure to come back in December to learn all the in's and
out's of the most widely used package management system.

See You Thursday...

Bill
