I've built it on Red Hat Linux 7.2 no problem following the on-ste
instructions (and no referencing Bero, either!). Of course, it may
just be that my MPlayer is older?

Both work very well. I'm using the latest xine from freshrpms to play
them now...

...if only I could find the just right program to convert them to the
proper mpeg1 format for vcds....right now I have to boot (feh) win2k
to generate the proper VCD streams & cuesheets, then back to linux to
burn (because cdrdao under windows stinks!)...

Anyone have any hints on this? (I know vcdimager runs under linux,
it's that pesky divx->mpeg1 conversion that's giving me fits...)
