[TriLUG] unable to boot up in run level 5

Thanks for your help.
I edited the file /etc/inittab (the id was always set to 5) as you
suggested as follows "id:5:indefault:init 5" Unfortunatelly this had no
affect, it booted up in run level 3. Again thanks for your help.
