I can donate a PII/450 if someone can help me put a cooling tower on a
PIII/600 for my wife's machine. Somehow, the one I got second hand is
broken into it's three parts - the circuit board, the back plate of the
case, and the cooling tower itself.

Nope. Just so long as it doesn't fill up the remaining rack.

Once everything is installed and in place we should be good to go.

Jon - is the second Hub/Switch actually installed in the rack? If so, I
can go ahead and configure the needed things on fatA in the next day or
two...
