SuSE 7.3 does. I have installed SuSE 7.3 on several machines and
while I can't yet give a detailed review, I can say that I like SuSE.
YaST2 is a nice sys admin tool. Other parts of the distro seem, so far,
well engineered. The only gripe I have so far is that they don't include
my favorite mail client, 'elm'.

For those of you who aren't "desktop" fanatics, SuSE comes with the
'blackbox' window manager. It may not have a lot of features, but it
is small and fast like fvwm1.
