[TriLUG] nc.rr.com problems?

yup.  after some poking at it, mike found that traffic into rr was fine;  
it's getting out from there that's the problem.  aol seemed to be having
issues (rtc.atdn.net has been down since wednesday, according to
internettrafficreport.com) and anything that routed through^H^H^Haround
them was getting some serious latency.  for us, that was just about
everything...  

it seems to have cleared up by now (seeing the usual 30-40ms traces),
altho they're still in the red on itr.  tracert and itr are great toys,
especially together - i was getting ready to call rr tech support again,
since our service was dead from 3pm yesterday to 9am today and i thought
it might be related.  i figured calling aol wouldn't do any good, though.
