The seller wants the extra to cover the costs associated with these
services.  I've never used the eBay payments stuff, but I've been
happy with PayPal.  I haven't had to try and dispute a charge with
PayPal, and have no idea if it's an option.  I do feel that they're
resonable secure, though.

Of course, your other options are check or a money order.  I'd
take PayPal over those, any day.
