[TriLUG] Hollings introduces renamed SSSCA to Senate

this is not true about helms. i have written him via email on several 
occasions and i have *always* received a reply (by paper mail) within two 
weeks or less. further the paper mail indicated that his assistant 
actually read enough to know what the topic of my email. specifically i 
wrote him about the hollings thing months ago and the reply indicated that 
his office knew the state of the proposed legislation at that time.

if you, chris, have other evidence, please produce it.

+Helms is outspoken against the use of email.  He often doesn't read it,
+and never responds to it.  He's old and old fashioned.  The way to get
