Well, I found a reference to what I was looking for. Apparently
Intel Executive Vice-President Les Vadasz mentioned in his
testimony to congress about this that the IT industry is
about $600 billion and the entertainment industry is about
$35 billion.

Now, to me, it seems that the bigger industry ought
to not let the smaller industry beat up on it...
(Unless of course, it wants to become that much
smaller...)

Those who are willing to sacrifice essential liberties for a little
order, will lose both and deserve neither. -- Benjamin Franklin

History teaches that grave threats to liberty often come in times
of urgency, when constitutional rights seem too extravagant to
endure. -- Justice Thurgood Marshall, 1989
