Thank you, Roy.

I have been attempting installations with a /boot partition,
ranging in size from 16 - 40 MB.  The documentation I've seen
gives various and conflicting advice on the size of this
partition.  But I have not tried as big as 100 MB.  I'll put
that on my list of things to try.
