Hi Ben,

I didn't know we had any RR guys in the group.  I sent a semi resolution 
of the issue to the list a few minutes ago and we will see if that is 
the issue or not.  The technician also told me the modem had been 
missing it's boot file.  We will see :)  Let me see what happens and if 
it occurs again I will get you the mac address.  I really appreciate the 
offer of help.
