She'd not eat off it.  She wouldn't make a big scene or anything out of
it, but she wouldn't eat off it if she knew that the grill had been used
for meat.  

Separating the 'sides' of the grill would be fine, though, I think.

(Of course, she won't be attending the installfest anyways...)
