Sure. I would be interested in giving such a talk. It would maybe be a
general 'how to build a server' talk: Apache, bind9, DNS, smtp, and
pop. I'm not sure if one could fit all that in one talk. 

If someone on the new steering committee would contact me, I could
work out details with them.
