/etc/snmp/snmpd.conf:

  rocommunity boguscommunityname 192.168.0.0/24

This is basically shorthand for a number of possible configuration
items---basically it says only accept with the given community string
from the named network.  You can also restrict the starting OID.

I don't have a non-empty snmptrapd.conf, as I really don't use traps.
