[TriLUG] loop based linux with RHL

using the loop file system. The system that will allow you to install to a
"folder" on a windows box and see boot from there.  loop linux for example,
or armed and dragon linux are some examples, but I'd rather use RHL.

What's a loop install? from hdd? from isos located on local network?
