I recently upgraded from Red Hat 7.2 to 7.3 and found that my ctrl and
caps were no longer switched. I usually take care of this by
uncommenting the following line in /etc/X11/XF86Config
XkbOptions "ctrl:swapcaps"
This is not working. Is there another step or file that I'm forgetting?
