meeting at a time and place that would allow the most people to come. So

Purpose:
    - discuss naming subgroup?
    - define target audience (definition of a newbie)
      (computer newbie vs. Linux newbie)
    - define mission statement
    - define procedures for collaboration
      (DocBook software or other?)
    - discuss possible ways of sharing newbie information
      (pre-installfest informational meetings, web site, etc.)
