[TriLUG] Has DNS on RR died?

Ben, thanks for the responses.  Though I am not a RR customer anymore,
it would have done me good to hear this when I was.  I'm glad to hear
that the DNS problems are being addressed, and I understand how the
'suits' don't necessarily understand the priorities/timeframes/solutions
that the 'geeks' propose.

Also, I think that the whole thread should probably die out now.  There
have been some excellent suggestions in this thread about how to setup a
caching nameserver, which will solve the problem for people.  

I too hope you don't get into any trouble for giving us this
information.  It's always a shame when you can't talk to the customers
to let them know that their concerns are being addressed.
