SoHo Plus is business service and the bandwidth is more than
enough for whatever you'd want to do.  Notice that Ben said
servers were prohibited by the AUP in Residential service.
I made sure I could run my servers before buying the business
service.  As long as you can get by with 1 static IP, you don't
need the higher "tiers".
