I left my contact info on twc brodband webpage around 5pm last night.

The called me back at 9am this morning.

Here's what they told me:

   512kbps downstream,
   static ip,
   'business class service'  -- wgas

   149.95  ( with a 3 year commitment).

+20 more for a one year commitment

+20 more to get me back to 2mbps downstream.

so basically, it costs $190 a month ( $145 more than what I
pay now).

That's a lot, considering my ip is mostly fixed now.
