Most all CD players (except for some DVD players) will be 
able to read CDRW, CDR and music CDs.  I personally find CDR blanks
cheap enough that I don't need CDRW, but that certainly works too.

My Aiwa, btw, has no problem with Music CDs, CDR, or CDRW. :-)
