Andy,
There's no saga. It's not done yet. It's as simple as that.
I personally wish you'd stop expecting TriLUG to fix all your
mail woes. There are plenty of other mail services out there
that you can use. I have personally offered you an account
on my server (which has a web interface, imaps, and pops).
So, shut up already! It will get done when it gets done and
your griping about it will not make it get done sooner.
