The drive was purchased via PCProgress:
  http://www.pcprogress.com

But the RMA should go through the Manufacturer...  After 30 days the RMA 
has to be done via WesternDigital:

http://support.wdc.com/warranty/selection.asp?custtype=END

Let me know if you need any help RMA-ing the drive.
