[TriLUG] Any Linux on PPC users on the list?

YellowDog is basically RedHat on PPC, it works just fine and I never had
any major issues.  The biggest thing was learning general macisms, not
the installation or running it itself.

I haven't run it much recently since I've pretty much converted to OSX,
but it worked fine on my iBook2.

Of course, since I'm the maintainer of KDE on OSX, my suggestion is #1. 
But I may be a bit biased...  ;)
