[TriLUG] Ticketing system for Linux?

Hi there,

Anyone using a ticketing system on Linux?

It would be great to have one that can search the resolutions or have 
something like a solutions database.

There are a few on sourceforge like myhelpdesk, phphelpdesk, phpMyAdmin, 
zentrack, bugin

Anyone has any preference?
