[TriLUG] Ticketing system for Linux?

Let's see, I've tried:

A) piping the Solaris client through X
	--sucked

B) VNC (TightVNC)
	--sucked

C) Java web client
	--REALLY sucked

D) E-mail tickets
	--sucked (too messy)

E) VMWare
	--work in progress (problems with refresh rate in display)
